It took us several weeks to decipher all the forms and compile all the necessary documents to be sent in to the government. We have now sent the documents for review to Mario at Responsable du parrainage des réfugiés who are helping us throughout this process. They have asked for a few other forms that have now been sent in. They are going to send the documents on our behalf. We hope things will go quickly from here.
We got an email this morning letting us know that they have already got a potential family for us to sponsor – mum and dad with two small boys aged 3 and 1 years old.
